Our self-contained cottage was built at the turn of the century as
a fisherman's retreat and is right on the Otago Harbour.
A white picket fence encloses a mature native bush garden and wonderful
vignettes of the harbour are enjoyed from the privacy of the verandah.
Full of old world charm with original matai floors, shelves of interesting
collectibles, artworks, books, games, an old radio and a bakelite 'phone
(no television) this intimate cosy cottage reflects the nostalgia of a bygone era.
Add to this fresh linen, luxurious towels, oodles of hot water and a comfortable bed and you will not want to leave.
Our generous hamper breakfasts are a speciality. Evening meals may
be self-catered in the fully-equipped kitchen or taken at one
of the fine Peninsula restaurants.
