Fois Na Mara means "sea's rest" - a perfectly fitting name for this purpose-built,
private accommodation offering magnificent views of Dunedin's Otago Harbour.

A warm welcome awaits you when you come to stay with us in our relaxing
and well-equipped self contained apartment next to our family home.
Sitting nestled against the Otago harbour it would be our pleasure to share this peaceful haven with you.

If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay with the ability to come and go as you please, then look no further.
Your beautiful newly finished accommodation is self-contained, private and offers magnificent views of the harbour.
The modern and comfortable apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people, ideally either 2 or 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
The balcony makes the most of the stunning harbour views.
Bring some supplies and cook your evening meal on the BBQ (gas included) or prepare your supplied breakfast and
sit out in the morning sun.
While away the hours listening to the local birdsong. Tui’s, Bellbirds, Fantails and Kereru are frequent visitors to our garden.
 

• BEDROOM: Queen bed with NZ pure wool underlay, warm duck down and feather duvet and fresh cotton sheets. We aim to ensure you have a comfortable and restful sleep.
• BATHROOM: Walk – in shower, vanity, toilet, heated towel rail and plush cotton towels add to the luxurious feel.
• KITCHENETTE: Everything you will need to cook your breakfast (hamper provided), lunch or evening meal, including fridge.
• LOUNGE: Comprising a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, TV with freeview and access to your balcony.

At Fois Na Mara we understand that you are on holiday and you may not know when
you would like breakfast, nor want to feel pressured  into eating at a certain time.
For this reason we provide either a cooked breakfast hamper or continental breakfast hamper packed with goodies for you to prepare and enjoy at your leisure.

• Cooked: Eggs from our own hens, locally made sausages and bacon, along with bread to make toast along with a variety of accompaniments.
• Continental: Home made muesli, yoghurt and muffins, along with bread to make toast along with a variety of accompaniments.
